# The Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012, Regulation 3: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
(a) “concurrent holders” means persons who concurrently hold the rights and obligations under a wireless telegraphy licence by virtue of a transfer authorised by these Regulations which has that effect;
(b) “station” means wireless telegraphy station; and
(c) “apparatus” means wireless telegraphy apparatus.
