  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Wireless Telegraphy (White Space Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/2066). The list of organisations in Schedule 1 is amended to include additional organisations. These are organisations which may operate databases from which white space devices may obtain master operational parameters and slave operational parameters.\nA full regulatory impact assessment of the effect that these Regulations will have on costs to business is available to the public from OFCOM’s website at http://www.ofcom.org.uk or from the OFCOM library at Riverside House, 2a Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HA (Tel: 020 7981 3000). Copies of this assessment have also been placed in the library of the House of Commons.",
