# The Wireless Telegraphy (White Space Devices) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Wireless Telegraphy (White Space Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/2066). The list of organisations in Schedule 1 is amended to include additional organisations. These are organisations which may operate databases from which white space devices may obtain master operational parameters and slave operational parameters.
