  "heading": "For protection of telecommunications operators",
  "text": "For the protection of telecommunications operators the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the telecommunications operators concerned, apply and have effect:—\n(a) in this article expressions defined in the Telecommunications Act 1984 have the same meanings as in that Act;\n(b) the temporary stopping up or diversion of any street under article 16 (Temporary stopping up of streets) above shall not affect any right of a telecommunications operator under paragraph 9 of the telecommunications code to maintain any apparatus which, at the time of the stopping up or diversion, is in that street.",
