Article 3 Constitution of education action zone

The schools listed in Schedule 2 to this Order shall constitute collectively an education action zone under the name of the Wolverhampton Education Action Zone (“the zone”) for the purposes of Chapter III of Part I of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
