# The Wolverhampton Urban Development Area Order 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates three areas totalling about 253 hectares in the borough of Wolverhampton as an urban development area and provides for the functions of an urban development corporation to be performed in the designated area by the Black Country Development Corporation. The three areas are shown hatched black on the map forming part of this note.
