  "text": "And for preventing the Mischief of razing obliterating or interlineing such Certificates as aforesaid be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all such Certificates shall be written upon Paper and not Parchment and that the Quantities and Qualities Marks and Numbers therein exprest shall not be obliterated or interlined upon any Pretence whatsoever",
