# The Woolwich Ferry Order 2000, Article 2: General functions in relation to Ferry


In—
(a) sections 14 to 16 (establishment of ferry etc.) and 19, 20(7), 21 and 22 (general powers) of the 1885 Act and
(b) section 19 (subsidiary works) of the London County Council (Improvements) Act 1962,
for each reference to the Secretary of State there is substituted a reference to Transport for London.
