Article 4 Transfer of property, rights and liabilities

(1)

The Woolwich Ferry, and all relevant property, rights and liabilities are vested in Transport for London.

(2)

For the purposes of this article “relevant property, rights and liabilities” means—

(a)

all property held by the Secretary of State wholly or mainly for the purposes of his functions relating to the Woolwich Ferry^f1, and

(b)

all rights and liabilities vested in the Secretary of State in connection with those functions (including, in particular, all rights and liabilities acquired or incurred in pursuance of the agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and the Council of the London borough of Greenwich made on 27th March 1986).
