Coming into force 3rd July 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100 and 101 of the Local Government Act 1985 and sections 405(2), 406(1), 408(1) and 420(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
