Regulation 18 Welfare

The compressed air contractor shall ensure that there are provided and maintained for the use of any person engaged in work in compressed air—

(a)

such facilities as are required by regulation 22 of the 1996 Regulations;

(b)

suitable drinks for consumption during or after decompression;

(c)

suitable food and drinks for consumption by any person receiving therapeutic recompression or decompression; and

(d)

adequate and suitable facilities for remaining on the site after decompression.
