  "text": "(1) The instruments specified in column 1 of Part I of Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that Schedule.\n(2) The instrument specified in column 1 of Part II of Schedule 2 to these Regulations is hereby modified to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.",
