# The Working Time (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Working Time (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2013.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2013.
(3) These Regulations apply in England only.
