# The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Made 19th July 2007
Coming into force 1st October 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Work and Families Act 2006.
In accordance with section 13(7) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
