# The Working Time Regulations 1998, Paragraph 3

In this Schedule, “an agricultural wages order" means an order under section 3 of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948 , section 3 of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014 or section 3 of the Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949.
