# The Workington Harbour Revision Order 1999, Article 9: Repeal


Section 53 of the Act of 1847 shall cease to apply to the harbour undertaking and subsection (2) of section 32 (Directions of harbour master) of the Workington Harbour and Dock (Transfer) Act 1957 is hereby repealed.
