Coming into force 8th April 1987
The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 2 and 4(2) of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1975f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes, in consequence of the making of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1987f2, the following Scheme:
