  "text": "In Schedule 2 to thé principal scheme for the entries relating to the Social Security (Determination of Claims and Questions) Regulations 1975 there shall be substituted the following entries—\n“\nThe Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1984\nRegulation 2\nProcedure in connection with determinations; and right to representation.\nRegulation 3\nManner of making applications, appeals or references; and time limits.\nRegulation 4\nOral hearings.\nRegulation 5\nPostponement and adjournment.\nRegulation 6\nWithdrawal of appeals, applications for leave to appeal and references.\nRegulation 7\nMedical references.\nRegulation 8\nNon-disclosure of medical evidence.\nRegulation 9\nCorrection of accidental errors in decisions.\nRegulation 10\nSetting aside of decisions on certain grounds.\nRegulation 11\nProvisions common to regulations 9 and 10.\nRegulation 17\nProcedure on claim or question involving question for determination by Secretary of State.\nRegulation 18\nOral hearing of appeals and references.\nRegulation 19\nDecisions of appeal tribunals.\nRegulation 26\nProcedure before Commissioner on application for leave to appeal or appeal.\nRegulation 83\nReview of decisions involving payment or increase of industrial injuries benefit.\nRegulation 85\nAdjustment of industrial injuries benefit on review or appeal.\n”",
