Coming into force 6th April 1987
The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 2 and 4 of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf by this instrument, which is made for the purpose only of making provision consequential on the making of an Order or Regulations under the Social Security Acts 1975 to 1986, makes the following Scheme:
