  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 15th March 2002\nLaid before Parliament 20th March 2002\nComing into force 10th April 2002\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the Social Security Administration Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:",
