  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 14th March 2005\nLaid before Parliament 23rd March 2005\nComing into force 13th April 2005\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the Social Security Administration Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:",
