Coming into force 11th April 2007
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Scheme, with the consent of Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the Social Security Administration Act 1992.
