# The Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Scheme 1982, Article 11: Administration of the scheme


This scheme shall be administered by the Secretary of State and, subject to articles 17 and 18, the provisions of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 and the Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982 which are specified in Schedule 2 to this scheme shall, with the necessary modifications, apply for the purposes of this scheme.
