# The Wrexham Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2017, Paragraph 18: Requirements for written approval, etc.

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Where under any of the above requirements the approval or agreement of the relevant planning authority or any other party is required, that approval or agreement must be provided in writing and must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
(2) Where under any of the above requirements a written scheme is required it must be accompanied by such illustrations as are necessary and appropriate in the circumstances.
