  "text": "All excavation works undertaken by the undertaker immediately adjacent to BT apparatus within or immediately adjacent to the Order land is to be carried out by hand until the extent and location of the BT apparatus is known. Mechanical borers or excavators or both must not be used within 1 metre of BT Apparatus (2 metres if it is a pole) without the prior approval of a BT Group Plc representative.",
