  "text": "The undertaker must notify Click Before You Dig in advance of carrying out any of the following methods of construction or site preparation as part of the authorised development on or in Order land that is immediately adjacent to BT apparatus or on or in Order land within which there is BT apparatus—\n(a) pile driving within 10 metres of BT apparatus;\n(b) using explosives within 20 metres of BT apparatus; or\n(c) using laser equipment within 10 metres of BT apparatus.",
