# The Wrexham Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2017, Paragraph 31

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of DCC referred to in this Part 3 of Schedule 9, the following provisions will, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and DCC, have effect.
