# The Wrexham Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2017, Paragraph 56: Application

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of Wales and West Utilities as referred to in this part of this Schedule the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Wales and West Utilities, have effect.
