# The Wrexham Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2017, Paragraph 67: Application

Extent: E+W+S

For the protection of the solar operator as referred to in this Part of this Schedule 9, the following provisions will, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the solar operator, have effect.
