Paragraph 375

Section 56(1) is amended as follows.

In the appropriate places insert the following definitions—

• ““appropriate agency” means the Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”;

““the appropriate national authority” means—

(a)

in relation to the Agency, the Secretary of State;

(b)

in relation to the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the Welsh Ministers;”.

In the following definitions, for “the Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ an appropriate agency ”
