Regulation 293 I1

In section 62 of the Care Act 2014 (power to meet child’s carer’s needs for support) in subsection (3) for “under section 17 of the Children Act 1989.” substitute—

“under—

(a)

section 17 of the Children Act 1989, or

(b)

sections 37 to 39 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”
