Regulation 2 Amendment of the Equality Act 2010

In section 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (public sector duty regarding socio-economic inequalities), in subsection (3A)^f1, after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021^f2;”.
