(1)

Section 190 of the Equality Act 2010^f1 (improvements to let dwelling houses) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after paragraph (a), insert—

“(aa)
the tenancy is not a secure contract in relation to which the landlord is a local authority;”.

(3)

In subsection (9), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, insert—

““secure contract” has the same meaning as in the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1) (see section 8 of that Act);”.
