Regulation 1 Title, commencement and application

The title of these Regulations is the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025.

These Regulations come into force on 24 February 2025.
(3)
These Regulations apply to the procurement of relevant health services in Wales.
