Regulation 34 Disapplication of the Procurement Act 2023
(1)
The 2023 Act does not apply to regulated health service procurement in Wales.
(2)
In this regulation “regulated health service procurement in Wales” has the meaning given by section 120A(2)(a) of the 2023 Act.
