Article 16 Procedure on appeals

This article applies to appeals under articles 11, 13, 15 and 18(13).

An appeal to which this article applies shall be by way of complaint for an order and the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980^f1 shall apply to the proceedings.

For the purposes of the time limit for bringing an appeal to which this article applies, the making of the complaint shall be treated as the bringing of the appeal.
