# The Wye Navigation Order 2002, Paragraph 1


The term of office of a member of the Wye Navigation Advisory Committee shall be specified by the Agency but may not exceed 4 years from the date of his appointment and, on the expiry of his term, he shall be eligible for re-appointment.
