# The Wye Navigation Order 2002, Paragraph 10


With the Agency’s prior written approval, which may be given subject to such terms and conditions as the Agency thinks fit, the Committee may co-opt any person onto the Committee for the purposes of providing the Committee with such advice and assistance as the Committee considers appropriate.
