# The Wye Navigation Order 2002, Paragraph 11


Subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Agency, a person co-opted onto the Committee pursuant to paragraph 10 shall be entitled to attend and take part in all meetings and proceedings of the Committee but shall not be entitled to vote on any resolution.
