# The Wye Navigation Order 2002, Paragraph 9


Following its first meeting, meetings of the Committee shall be be held not less than once every 6 months and take place on the days and at the times that it shall determine or which are requested by the Agency or by not less than 5 members of the Committee in writing to the Agency.
