(1662)\nAn Act for the making navigable the Rivers Wye and Lugg, and the Rivers and Brooks running into the same, in the Counties of Hereford, Gloucester and Monmouth.\nThe whole Act (except to the extent, if any, that it applies within the jurisdiction of the Gloucester Harbour Trustees), but not the portion of the Act set out in article 38(2) of this order to the extent (if any) that it applies to the upper rivers and the tributaries.\n7 & 8 Will. 3 c. 14.
