# The York Potash Harbour Facilities Order 2016, Article 22: Power to charge

Extent: E+W

The undertaker may from time to time demand, take and recover such charges for the use of the authorised development (including the loading and unloading of goods) or the use of any other services or facilities provided in connection with the authorised development as it thinks fit.
