  "text": "On receipt of any approval or agreement by the Secretary of State, the MMO or the local planning authority (as the case may be) of any of the documents specified in paragraph 4(1) or (6) or any conditions or restrictions imposed by that body, the undertaker must send a copy to the Tees Port Authority.",
