# The York Potash Harbour Facilities Order 2016, Paragraph 8: Construction of tidal works

Extent: E+W

The undertaker must at all reasonable times during construction of the authorised development and afterwards upon reasonable notice, allow the Tees Port Authority, its employees and agents access and all reasonable facilities for inspection of any tidal work.
