  "text": "Insofar as the NZT Specified Works are or may be undertaken concurrently with the Specified Works within the Shared Area, the undertaker must—\n(a) co-operate with the NZT Undertaker with a view to ensuring—\n(i) the co-ordination of programming of all activities and the carrying out of works within the Shared Area; and\n(ii) that access for the purposes of the construction and operation of the NZT Project is maintained for the NZT Undertaker and its contractors, employees, contractors and sub-contractors; and\n(b) use reasonable endeavours to avoid any conflict arising from the carrying out of the Respective Projects.",
