  "text": "The MMO must be notified by the undertaker at least 10 working days before the commencement of each phase of the licensed activity of its acceptance of the provisions of this Schedule and that the undertaker and any agents or contractors employed by it to carry out the licensed activities have knowledge of the provisions of this Schedule.",
