  "text": "Except for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 5(2), 5(4), 6(1), 7 and 9(5) any difference or dispute arising between National Grid and the undertaker under this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between National Grid and the undertaker, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 40 (arbitration).",
