  "text": "(1) Where temporary crossings for construction traffic are to be used, other than where the pipelines are under a carriageway of adequate standard of construction, then the crossing points must be suitably reinforced with sleepers or road plates or a specially constructed reinforced concrete raft or by installing a temporary bridge over the pipeline as necessary.\n(2) Details of proposed temporary crossing points referred to in sub-paragraph (1) must be notified to the owner and operator of the pipeline in accordance with paragraph 4.",
