  "text": "PILOTAGE\nMade 18th May 1998\nLaid before Parliament 1st June 1998\nComing into force 22nd June 1998\nWhereas the British Waterways Board is a harbour authority within the meaning of the Pilotage Act 1987 (“the 1987 Act”) for the navigation area described in the Act entitled “An Act for improving the Navigation of the River Ouze, in the County of York” but is not a competent harbour authority within the meaning of the 1987 Act;\nAnd whereas the British Waterways Board has applied to be treated as a competent harbour authority for the purposes of the 1987 Act;\nAnd whereas the Secretary of State has informed the persons he considers may be affected by the Order, in accordance with section 1(7) of the 1987 Act;\nAnd whereas objections made to the Order under the said section 1(7) have been withdrawn:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(4) of the 1987 Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
