# The Young Offender Institution (Amendment) Rules 1996, Paragraph 1


In rule 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “inmate” in paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following definition —
““inmate” means a person who is required to be detained in a young offender institution;”.
